Revolutionary Motorized Pole Mount for Serious Anglers
Garmin has just unveiled the Spy™ Pole – a 42" motorized pole mount designed to give you precise, hands‑free control of your LiveScope™ and 360‑degree sonar transducer. This innovative accessory is a game‑changer for anglers who demand the best viewing angles without constantly reaching over the side of the boat.
Key Features
- Motorized Adjustment – Raise, lower, and rotate your transducer with the push of a button.
- Two Length Options – Choose between 42" and 49" models to match your boat and fishing style.
- 360‑Sonar Ready – Compatible with Garmin’s GT360UHD transducer for crystal‑clear live imaging.
- Rugged Construction – Built to withstand saltwater, sun, and the rigors of tournament fishing.
- Plug‑and‑Play Integration – Connects directly to your Garmin chartplotter for seamless control.
Why It Matters
Traditional fixed‑position transducer poles require manual adjustment, which can be cumbersome and even dangerous in rough water. The Spy Pole’s motorized design lets you fine‑tune your sonar’s depth and angle while staying focused on fishing. Whether you’re scanning for suspended bass, following a school of crappie, or mapping a deep structure, the Spy Pole keeps your transducer exactly where you need it.
Pricing & Availability
The Spy Pole is priced at $1,999.99 (USD) and is available for order starting March 13th. BOE Marine will have units in stock as soon as they ship from Garmin.
Who Should Buy It?
This accessory is ideal for:
- Tournament anglers who rely on LiveScope for competitive advantage.
- Serious recreational fishermen who want the latest technology.
- Boat owners with multiple transducers who need a versatile mounting solution.
- Anyone tired of leaning over the gunwale to adjust their transducer by hand.
